This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you use our website, client portal, booking forms, or any channels related to our transport and logistics services. By using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
1. Scope
This policy applies to:
• Website visitors and transport service requesters.
• Registered individual and business clients.
• Drivers and contracted suppliers where operational data is processed.
It does not cover third-party websites linked from our platform, which are governed by their own policies.
2. Data We Collect
We may collect:
• **Identity & contact:** name, phone, email, company name, address.
• **Booking & operations:** pickup/delivery locations, trip date, cargo type, operational notes, trip reference.
• **Tracking:** vehicle GPS location during active trips, status logs, start/completion times.
• **Cold chain:** temperature readings and alerts for refrigerated shipments when enabled.
• **Account:** login credentials, trip history, notification preferences.
• **Technical:** IP address, browser type, security logs, cookies required for operation.
3. Purpose of Processing
We use your data only to:
• Execute, confirm, and manage transport bookings.
• Track shipments and notify you of trip status.
• Manage accounts, invoicing, and collection.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
• Improve service quality, support, and fraud prevention.
• Send operational notifications (SMS, email, WhatsApp) when enabled.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing.
4. Legal Basis

• Performance of a transport contract or steps prior to entering a contract at your request.
• Your explicit consent where required (e.g. certain marketing channels).
• Legitimate interest in securing our systems and preventing misuse.

Data is stored on secured servers with industry-standard protections.
We retain data:
• For the duration of the contractual relationship.
• As required for legal, accounting, and dispute resolution purposes.
• Then delete or anonymise per our retention policy.
GPS and live tracking logs are used operationally and may be archived for a limited period.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures including:
• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
• Access controls and internal permissions.
• Monitoring and audit logs.
• Backup and continuity planning.
No internet transmission is 100% secure; please protect your account credentials.

Google advertising and cookies
We may display ads through Google AdSense when the service is available. Google and third-party advertising vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites. Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to personalize ads based on those visits.
You can opt out of personalized Google ads using My Ad Center, and manage choices for participating third-party providers through AdChoices. You can also manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. Opting out of personalization does not necessarily stop ads from appearing.

Mobile apps and account deletion
This section applies to our Android client and driver apps, in addition to the rest of this policy.
Account data: name, username, email address and phone number, to create your account, sign you in and contact you.
Trip data: bookings, pickup and delivery locations, invoices, payments, messages with our team and reviews, to provide and follow up the service.
Camera and photos: used only during account verification to capture or pick the ID card and selfie images you choose. They are uploaded encrypted and used only for identity verification; the app does not access the rest of your photos.
Notifications: we store a Firebase Cloud Messaging token for your device to send trip updates, messages and alerts.
Fingerprint: fingerprint checks happen entirely on your device through Android. We never receive or store your fingerprint; we only keep a public key tied to your device for sign-in.
Location: the client app does not collect your device location. The driver app collects the vehicle location during active trips, including while the app is in the background, to track the shipment and inform the client.
Payments: handled by licensed payment gateways; we do not store your card details.
Crash reports: if the app crashes we send a technical report (device model, Android version, app version and error details) without personal data, to fix the problem.
All traffic between the apps and our servers is encrypted with HTTPS. We do not sell your data or use it for in-app advertising.
Account deletion: you can delete your account at any time in the app under “Help & support” → “Delete account”, or on the account deletion page. Sign-in data, phone number, address, verification documents, fingerprint keys and notification tokens are deleted immediately. We keep only trip, invoice and payment records for the period required by accounting and tax law.
