Delete from the app
Open the TrustCold EG app and sign in, tap “Help & support” at the bottom of the screen, choose “Delete account” and confirm with your password.

Delete your client account
Use this page to permanently delete your TrustCold EG client app and portal account together with your personal data.
Data that is deleted
- Sign-in data: username, email address and password. The account is disabled immediately.
- Phone number, address and profile picture.
- Identity verification documents (ID card images and selfie) and their check results.
- All signed-in sessions, fingerprint sign-in keys and push notification tokens.
Data we keep and for how long
We keep trip records, invoices, payments and the client or company name they were issued to, because they are accounting and tax records we are legally required to keep. They are kept only for the period required by law and then deleted. After deletion they are not linked to any sign-in account.
Before you delete
The account cannot be deleted while a trip is in progress or dues are unpaid. Deletion is permanent and the account cannot be restored.
